RATES

Supervised Visits:

$80 per hour*

Court Appearance Fee:

$800 Retainer

(up to $300 may be refundable)

Orientation/Intake:

$60 per parent

All fees associated with visitation are paid for by the parent as indicated in the court order.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express are accepted as forms of payment

*Prepayment is required in advance of a visit

**Holidays are charged at $160 per hour. Holidays include: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor day.**

VISITS

Written reports are available upon request and for attorneys only

Children are fully supervised meaning that the monitor goes wherever the child goes

Visits are a minimum of 2 hours

Supervised time with a child can occur for a variety of reasons including:

Reintroducing a parent and child after a prolonged absence or with no established relationship

When there is an allegation or history of abuse, neglect, or domestic violence

Substance abuse problems
